How to Answer the Questions (Important)

As far as possible, kindly include in your answers the details you have mentioned in your pitch and other publicly-viewable information to reinforce the intended message of the interview article. However, please rephrase or paraphrase statements to preserve the integrity of your article as well as enhance its visibility across the web, among other reasons.
While being succinct is appropriate in many circumstances, our global readers look forward to gaining deeper insights from you. Share your story. Recount your experiences. Include anecdotes. Cite examples. Expound on your viewpoints. Allow the real “you” to shine through your responses. Balance is key. Double-check everything to make sure you’ve connected your answers to the overall theme of the interview article.
Kindly do not use emojis, bullets, numberings, sub-headings, hyperlinks, or any special formatting in your answers. These will not be included in your published interview. Links should be provided on the designated portion of our upload form.
Your Updated Bio and Photos (Recommended)

Please also provide your complete, updated bio as well as HIGH-RESOLUTION photos of you, your life, or your work with your proposed caption(s/credit(s)), which you feel are most appropriate and relevant to your story.
There’s no minimum or maximum number of photos required; we will select from what you’d send the ones that we could include in your article.
Our team will then choose the photo(s) that we’ll place as the featured image for the interview post. For the other photo(s) we’d fancy, if any, they’ll be inserted in the article to accompany any text they’re relevant to.
For participating media outlets that have magazines, interviews published on their websites are also sometimes published in a future magazine edition. HIGH RESOLUTION photos look good in print. Thus, submitting quality image files will be advantageous.
For All Interviewees: Your LinkedIn Profile (Optional)

At times, we may be linking to your LinkedIn profile.
Thus, although it’s NOT required or crucial, we strongly recommend the following before we proceed any further in publishing the interview post:
- Update your profile to include details mentioned in the interview.
- Process the verification of your profile, if you have not yet done so before. To verify your LinkedIn profile, simply click the verification badge icon located next to your name on your LinkedIn profile page. This will provide you with the necessary instructions to complete the process.
- LinkedIn profile verification is currently fee-free and only takes a few minutes to do.
For All Authors: Your Goodreads Author’s Profile Link (Optional)
While this is not really a requirement, claiming your Goodreads author’s profile is free, easy, and advantageous in certain ways.

Your Recommended Links (Optional)

If you have a bio page published on an educational or government website, list down the link(s).
When mentioning awards or achievements in your bio or interview answers and if possible, please also provide the corresponding link(s) to the specific reference or announcement page.
Regarding the social media, blog, article, interview, testimonials, reviews, business sites, or professional links that you’d like us to include in your interview article, kindly list them down in their order of priority including a brief description of what you’re linking to. We’ll then choose the one(s) we are able to publish along with your article.
EXTREMELY IMPORTANT: How to Provide What We Require and Related Info

To make it more convenient for everyone involved, we do not have to meet or have a phone call. That way, you can leverage your own time, pace, and place in responding to the questions.
Submit your answers and materials using our standard form
Submit your interview responses and files through our standard form.
Using the form ensures that your submission is automatically allocated for priority processing in our workload queue.
Important notes about your files
Here are the files that we can accept:
- 1 image file of up to 10 MB
- 10 image files of up to 1 MB each.
- 1 video file up to 10 MB
- 10 video files of up to 1 MB each
There are various free and online ways of reducing the size of files. For example, doing a quick web search using keywords like “free online file compressor” will give you a variety of options.
Timelines
- Deadline for returning responses and files: At your earliest convenience (Note: If you’d like to be included in the next print or digital edition of the media outlet’s magazine, making a submission in 1 to 2 weeks after you received your interview offer is advantageous. If not, you can make a submission whenever you are ready.)
- Expected web posting date: Around 4 to 24 weeks after interview completion
- Email newsletter inclusion: Upon article posting
- Expected social media sharing on some channels: Days or weeks after publication; tagging you will not be possible
- Expected print/digital magazine publication date: No guarantees. (Selected interviewees will be notified later. Some media outlets do not have a magazine.)

Take your time in reading through again our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. If you do not understand or agree with any of what’s stated, make sure that you let us know as soon as you can but not later than 48 hours after you receive our publicity offer.
What You Can Expect From Us

Once we receive your responses, bio, photo(s), caption(s)/credit(s), and link(s) – and the video(s) you recorded of your answers to our questions, if you also wish to do that too – our team will then craft the article containing an introduction based on your bio/business profile or anything we’ve got followed by the Q and A itself.
We will let you know when the article gets to be posted on the website (and, for media outlets that also have a magazine, if and when your interview also gets to be published in a future print/digital edition of a magazine).
